Kim founded Bick Law Group in 2015 as a firm focused exclusively on environmental law. Kim has more than 20 years of experience in complex environmental litigation, including cost recovery actions under CERCLA, RCRA, and the state equivalents; defense of agency enforcement actions, including CWA, Prop 65, RCRA and state equivalents; mass and toxic tort defense; and CEQA, NEPA and ESA litigation. Kim also has experience in all aspects of environmental regulatory matters including air, water, hazardous waste, green chemistry, e-waste, battery recycling, Rigid Plastic Packaging Containers, and transportation of hazardous substances. In addition to her litigation and regulatory work, Kim provides corporate counseling on environmental compliance issues, due diligence, and allocation of risks in real estate and corporate transactions. Her clients include Lockheed Martin Corporation, Mattel, Inc., and Auralex Acoustics, Inc., among others.
