Rulemaking and Legislative Practice

The attorneys in our rulemaking and legislative practice are committed to helping parties challenge environmental rules at the state and federal levels. We closely monitor rulemaking proposals as they develop and assist our clients in preparing comments on proposed regulations throughout the rulemaking process. Our environmental lawyers have worked with industry groups in many states to build the administrative record and mold regulations during public comment periods and we have also challenged environmental regulations and agency actions under the Administrative Procedures Act (APA).
