Bick Law Makes Impact at 27th Annual Environmental Law Conference at Yosemite
Last weekend, on October 18-21, the attorneys and legal team at Bick Law LLP attended the 27th Environmental Law Conference at Yosemite’s Tenaya Lodge. The conference is nationally recognized as the largest and most prestigious gathering of leaders in environmental, land use, and natural resources law in California. Bick Law LLP made a strong appearance at the conference this year; we were a sponsor for the event and our attorneys gained valuable information at the many informational programs offered at the conference. Furthermore, one of our partners, Kimberly Bick, moderated the Outdoor Presentation regarding the Mariposa Grove Restoration project. The presentation detailed the extensive restoration project that was recently completed in the Mariposa Grove of Giant Sequoias. The project included the restoration of natural hydrology, the realignment of roads and trails away from sensitive habitats, the building of accessible trails and the relocation of parking from the grove to an area near the South entrance to Yosemite. The environmental attorneys at Bick Law LLP are committed to staying up to date and educated on the latest trends in environmental law and will continue to attend conferences such as the Environmental Law Conference at Yosemite to further extend our knowledge.
